coping strategies to reduce the pressures in situations outside

Individual
coaching can be arranged by phone or face to face in hourly sessions.
It is particularly useful if you are facing a problem of a confidential
or urgent nature.

run regular Saturday courses in a relaxed setting in Bristol.
We
