Learn how to manage stress to your advantage through individual coaching and group training courses. Whichever route you choose, we'll encourage you to:

Acknowledge all the pressures you face and the circumstances in which they arise
Identify which situations you can control (more than you think!)
Take action to manage those stresses to an acceptable level for you
Develop coping strategies to reduce the pressures in situations outside your control

Individual coaching can be arranged by phone or face to face in hourly sessions. It is particularly useful if you are facing a problem of a confidential or urgent nature.

We run regular Saturday courses in a relaxed setting in Bristol.
