To be in control of your life, you need to take responsibility for

might have had some part in them. We unconsciously take on so many
commitments that we rarely have time to think about what we really
want and need. We put ourselves bottom of our "to do"
lists. As a result, we're stuck in a rut.

you're consciously making the time for yourself to set goals, make
plans and implement them. You make a commitment to your coach to
make progress and together, we maintain the focus you need to reach
your goal.
